The Corellian team was delighted with the results of its 6-week project with the University of Cambridge, Department of Engineering, Institute for Manufacturing. International MPhil students (from China, France, Nigeria and Switzerland) in the ISMM program provided a broad analysis of our system’s techno-economics, focusing on the energy storage aspects and investor expectations. Their project work and report included:
interviews with leading climate-tech VCs, researchers and industry,
a new spreadsheet analysis tool comparing leading energy storage methods,
an array of fresh market insights.
We are especially grateful to the students, their supervisor, Vanessa McNiven, and all those who supported the project with their time. A special thanks to Nick Sullivan for the idea, and for introducing us to the IfM ISMM course directors.
